After working with over 150 top firms, we noticed a massive, industry-wide problem: economic inefficiency caused by a training disconnect. Companies were spending months teaching fresh graduates basic, practical tasks, slowing down their growth. Meanwhile, degree-holding students were struggling to find jobs because they lacked hands-on battlefield experience. We created Commerce Adda Online to be the middleman that makes both parties successful.
